It is the individuals’ right and duty to oppose government overreach, protect the rights of fellow citizens and become involved in preserving and promoting the rights we have been endowed with by our Creator and that are instilled within the Constitution of the United States of America.

As citizens of Adams County Nebraska, we believe that an informed and involved citizenry is the best preservation of our Republic.

Republican Roundup with Congressman Adrian Smith

When: Tuesday, February 17, 2026, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Where: YWCA2525 W 2nd Street, Hastings, NE 68901

What: A campaign event to connect you with your Congressman.

This will be a relaxed evening of conversation, fellowship, and an update from your Congressman. Adrian will share what he is working on in Washington, discuss the issues impacting Nebraska and our district, and, most importantly, take time to hear directly from you. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts, and engage in meaningful conversation with fellow Republicans who care deeply about the future of our state and country.

There is something special about being in the room with like-minded friends and neighbors. Good conversation, shared values, and time together are what keep our grassroots strong. We hope you will take a little time out of your schedule to enjoy this update and the fellowship that comes with it.

Adams County Republican Convention

When: Tuesday, March 17, 2026 - 7:00 pm

Where: YWCA, 2525 West 2nd St. Hastings, NE

What: We are required to hold a County Convention every other year to elect officers and to choose delegates to represent our county at the State Republican Convention in June.

In order for your vote to count at the county convention you must register as a county delegate. The process to register is simple - there is a short online form to register through the NEGOP (state Republican Party). The link is here: https://ne.gop/delegateform. There is a $5 fee when registering. Registration closes on March 1st!
